Charities

Each month we have a new charity that the members of the church gives to during the offering. The sum of money collected by the end of the month is then matched by Thrivant, and given to the charity of the month.

S.A.L.T.

S.A.L.T. stands for Serving As Lutherans Together,and is a cooperative effort of Christ, Trinity and Grace Lutheran congregations along with campus ministry at UCSB to enrich our fellowship together and to expand our mission in the community. Right now, SALT sponsors a joint youth program, picnics, a Social Justice Discussion and Action Group, a Food Bank (operated out of Grace), and is discussing an expansion of Lutheran Social Services in the central coast area.
